3. Digital Products & Subscriptions

We deliver digital products, memberships and access-based services, which are distributed online immediately following purchase. By placing an order, you understand and agree that:

• Digital products are considered delivered once access has been granted
• Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
• The billing descriptor on your bank or card statement will appear as GEN MEDIA
• No hidden fees will be charged beyond what is shown at checkout

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, text, graphics, videos, digital materials or software ("Content") provided by the Company and/or its licensors is the exclusive property of Genesis Media Group LLC and/or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, modify, license or otherwise exploit the Content except as expressly permitted in writing by us.

5. Pricing, Payment & Billing

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. If you fail to pay or your payment method is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access. We may use smart retry logic for recurring subscription payments. You will be notified of any change in renewal or pricing.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled pursuant to our Refund Policy (link provided on site). In short: digital products are delivered immediately, so refunds may be limited. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Genesis Media Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be decided exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.
